Policies

These policies are to obtain the most professional and best servicing environment for ALL clients. Any fees must be paid before a future appointment is booked. Please respect the established policies to ensure a harmonious and efficient environment for everyone involved.

No Call/ No Show

If you do not message to cancel or reschedule and fail to show up for your appointment, a 100% fee of the scheduled service will be charged. This fee covers the time reserved exclusively for you and an inability to fill the appointment slot last minute.

Tardy Arrival

For the courtesy of other clients please be on time to your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late you may be asked to reschedule your appointment. In this event, a cancellation fee will be charged.

Extension Retainer

If for some reason you cannot keep the previously agreed upon date for install and need to reschedule (and give a sufficient notice) the retainer holds a 3-4 week grace period. This grace period is 3-4 weeks from the initial install appointment.

In the event Mane Oasis needs to reschedule the retainer fee will accommodated within the stylist grace-period (4-6 weeks).

Refunds

Once a service is provided under no circumstances are refunds available.

Additional Guests

To keep an open and comfortable space we ask that no additional guests accompany you to your appointment. This includes children, animals (services dogs are welcome), family/ friends. Please notify Mane Oasis if accommodations are needed.

Card on file

To up hold all policies, Mane Oasis may keep your card on file. This policy can take place anytime at or after the time of your first appointment booking of any service.

Same Day Cancellation

We require advance notice for appointment cancellations. If you cancel on the same day as your appointment, a 100% service fee will be charged. This policy helps us manage our schedule efficiently and ensures that valuable time slots are not wasted.

Color Adjustments

Eligibility determined by Mane Oasis, a color change can be made up to three days after the service is provided. If you do not notify Mane Oasis within three days of the original appointment a suitable service fee will be charged to change any color.

Cancellation/ Reschedule

We ask for at least 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Please text Lynne at 913-378-4870 as soon as you know of a needed schedule change. If you cancel less than 48 hours before your scheduled time, a 50% fee will be charged.
