Policies

These policies are to obtain the most professional and best servicing environment for ALL clients. Any fees must be paid before a future appointment is booked. Please respect the established policies to ensure a harmonious and efficient environment for everyone involved.

No Call/ No Show

If you miss your appointment without canceling or rescheduling, you’ll be charged 100% of the service fee.

Tardy Arrival

Please arrive on time. If you're over 15 minutes late, you may need to reschedule and a cancellation fee will apply.

Extension Retainer

Extension retainers are non-refundable. If Mane Oasis reschedules, your retainer will be honored within the 4–6 week grace period.

Refunds

Once a service is provided under no circumstances are refunds available.

Additional Guests

To maintain a comfortable space for all guests, please come alone to your appointment. Service dogs are welcome. Contact us if accommodations are needed.

Card on file

To book an appointment, a card must be on file. We use Vagaro, a trusted and secure platform, to protect your information and uphold salon policies.

Same Day Cancellation

Same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the service. Advance notice is required to avoid this fee.

Color Adjustments

Color adjustments may be made within 3 days, subject to approval. After that, a service fee applies.

Cancellation/ Reschedule

Please give at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes by texting the salon at 913-378-4870. Cancellations within 48 hours will incur a 50% fee.
